Advance sale will be activate in stages according to schedule prepared by the Castle.

Purchased ticket entitles you to enter the exhibition without a guide, unless otherwise stated.

Individual guided tours of the Wawel Royal Castle are possible only after prior booking both tickets and guide service at the Reservation Office via telephone or e-mail (contact details you can find at the bottom of the page).

To buy an admission ticket online, please select the date of your visit, location, type of event, and then the name of the event and time of entry.

After selecting type of ticket, payment should be made by bank transfer or payment card.

If you are entitled to a free ticket, please contact us at the email address: bilety-kontakt@wawelzamek.pl. Taking only a free ticket is not possible in the system.

Maximum number of tickets for the same exhibition and hour within one transaction depends on the planned limit for a given exhibition or event and on the type of ticket.

When buying tickets for several exhibitions, please take into account the transition time between them.

The website has a specified time for making a transaction (20 minutes) and payment (15 minutes). After this time, the transaction will be canceled and the tickets will be returned to the pool.

The ticket will be sent to the e-mail address provided during transaction. It can be presented for the control in an electronic or paper version.

At the entrance, visitor is obliged to present the admission ticket along with the document entitling to a reduced or complimentary ticket.

Please be advised that tickets are also available for purchase at the box office on site, on the day of the tour if the ticket pool will be available.
