It is possible to visit indoor exhibitions only with the mouth and nose covered, and outside with social distance or cover the mouth and nose if keeping the distance is impossible.
Purchasing process

Advance sale will be activate in stages according to schedule prepared by the Castle.

Purchased ticket entitles you to enter the exhibition without a guide, unless otherwise stated.

Individual guided tours of the Wawel Royal Castle are possible only after prior booking both tickets and guide service at the Reservation Office via telephone or e-mail (contact details you can find at the bottom of the page).

To buy an admission ticket online, please select the date of your visit, location, type of event, and then the name of the event and time of entry.

After selecting type of ticket, payment should be made by bank transfer or payment card.

It is not possible to purchase only complimentary ticket in the system. If the tour takes place without an accompanying person who will pay for his/her ticket enabling the transaction to be carried out in the system, please contact us at:

Maximum number of tickets for the same exhibition and hour within one transaction is 5 (does not apply to family tickets to the Pieskowa Skala Castle, where the number of entries is already included in the type of selected ticket).

When buying tickets for several exhibitions, please take into account the transition time between them.

The website has a specified time for making a transaction (20 minutes) and payment (15 minutes). After this time, the transaction will be canceled and the tickets will be returned to the pool.

The ticket will be sent to the e-mail address provided during transaction. It can be presented for the control in an electronic or paper version.

At the entrance, visitor is obliged to present the admission ticket along with the document entitling to a reduced or complimentary ticket.

Please be advised that tickets are also available for purchase at the box office on site, on the day of the tour if the ticket pool will be available.

Tickets to the Wawel Royal Castle can be purchased up to a day before the date of the visit.
